Good work trousers protect, fit comfortably and last a long time. But that's not the only thing you pay attention to. You also want to know what happens behind a garment: Where it is made, with what materials, and what impact the producer has on people and the environment.

This means that not only our products have been tested, but our entire company: from management and employees to customers, chain and environment. Independently assessed by B Lab, the international organization behind the certification.

all about b corp
WHAT IS BCORP?
B Corp is a certification of B Lab, an international non-profit organization. B Lab assesses companies in five areas:
- Governance – accountability, transparency, ethics and mission
- Employees – employment, pay, social benefits, training and development
- Customers – quality and relevance of products and services
- Community – collaboration with suppliers, diversity and inclusion, local involvement
- Environment – raw materials, facilities, supply chain, production and packaging
A company only receives the certificate if it meets B Lab's standards in all these areas. The certification is not a one-off: recertification takes place every three years, and you must demonstrate that you have improved compared to the previous time.
Why bcorp
Our goal was not to obtain a certificate as quickly as possible. We wanted to critically examine our organization. We used the B Impact Assessment for this: a comprehensive assessment of management, employees, environment, customers and social impact. During that process it turned out that we were eligible for certification.
With activities in more than 18 European countries and more than 1,500 dealers, our impact is also growing. This requires better choices: in materials, in data, in transparency, and in collaboration within the chain.
what does this mean for you
B Corp means that we continually assess ourselves, take responsibility for our impact, and are transparent about where we stand. As a partner for construction, infrastructure, logistics and industry, we give you insight into the origin and sustainability of what you purchase from us. Now, and at the next recertification.

Things that we find important

Transparency is not a trend. It's the future.
At Tricorp we believe that real impact starts with knowing where your products come from. That's why we work together with Retraced. A platform that makes supply chains visible, from raw material to end product. With Retraced we are taking a big step towards more transparency, responsibility and sustainability. Because work clothing that makes a difference starts with a well-established supply chain.

Safety first.
Tricorp has proudly achieved its own OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificate. This means that our work clothing has been tested for harmful substances and meets strict, internationally recognized guidelines. This way you are assured of safe work clothing, free of harmful chemicals.

All factories are checked.
Tricorp believes it is important that clothing is produced under responsible conditions. That is why we only work with factories that can provide a valid BSCI audit report with at least a C score. In this way we guarantee fair and safe working conditions in our production chain.
