Quality controller (Workwear)

We are looking for a Quality Controller who values ​​precision and perfection as much as we do. You monitor the standard. You challenge. You improve. Whether it concerns samples, production or finishing - you ensure that our work clothing is next level every time.

Your role
As a member of our Quality team, in this position you ensure constant quality assurance of our products and their product safety, in such a way that the internal and external requirements/wishes and legal regulations are met.

You are involved in analyzing, determining and adjusting working methods, techniques, procedures and production and quality problems on a daily basis to promote quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Everything it takes to monitor and improve Tricorp's standards; Because beautiful can always be more beautiful and good can always be better!

You carry out actions to achieve structural solutions and improvements, you ensure further handling and analysis of complaints and implement the necessary measures where necessary. You have an advisory role, provide instructions about (new/adapted) products and processes and monitor their follow-up.

You work intensively with the departments; sales, purchasing, logistics and your direct Quality & R&D colleagues.

What are you going to do?

• Assessing products for correct design and use of materials
• Check for correct labelling
• Measuring items to see if they are made according to the correct size chart
• Color inspection with spectrometer
• Accuracy of registrations
• Proper filing
• Complaints handling

• MBO working and thinking level;
• Affinity with textiles and clothing;
• Communicative skills in Dutch and English;
• Insight into market developments for the assigned segments;
• You are decisive and know how to communicate convincingly;
• You are accurate, precise and strong in setting priorities.
