Waterproof Work Jacket

Tricorp introduces the perfect waterproof work jacket: the Tech Shell. This work jacket has a unique combination of features. The Tricorp Tech Shell is waterproof, windproof and has a high breathability. With these properties, the Tech Shell reaches class 4/3 of the EN 343 standard. EN 343 CLASS ¾: WHAT MAKES THE TECH SHELL SPECIAL

EN 343 is the standard that determines requirements, specifications and test methods for protective clothing against bad weather. Think of rain, fog and snow. Work clothing, including our Tech Shell, is tested for two crucial properties: waterproofness and water vapor permeability, also known as breathability. Previously, the tested work clothing was classified in class 1, 2 or 3 for both properties. Since 2019, an even higher class has been added for breathability: class 4. The breathability of the Tech Shell falls in this new highest class and the waterproofness of the Tech Shell falls in the highest class 3.

HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS

Tricorp uses the highest quality materials for the production of the Tech Shell. The waterproof work jacket is made of 100% polyester, which contributes to its light weight. The zippers in the jacket are all from YKK, the world's largest zipper manufacturer.

USEFUL FEATURES OF THE WIND AND WATERPROOF WORK JACKET

The Tech Shell was designed with everyday work and the needs of the professional in mind. The work jacket has a zip-off hood, an adjustable cord to tighten the bottom of the work jacket and a jersey cuff with thumb opening. The zipper under the arms, to create air holes, contributes to the breathability of the Tech Shell. The work jacket also has reflective stripes on the chest for extra visibility.
